Welcome to FAA Solar Solutions. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure that you fully understand our policies and procedures.

Our offer is valid for 2 days from the issuance of the quotation.

Delivery time ranges from 1 to 14 days if the product is in stock.

Full payment (100% advance) is required at the time of order placement.

• Prices are exclusive of all government taxes. Any tax imposed on services by the Government of Pakistan will be charged to the client.
• Solar panels are exempt from GST under the 6th schedule, Table-1, Sr # 110(a) & 110(g).
• Tax is not deductible as we import the mentioned products under section 148 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.

Any legal proceedings in the event of a dispute will be conducted by the courts in Gujranwala under the governing laws of Pakistan.

• Do not attempt to open the protective casing or interfere with internal components, as this could make the unit unsafe and void the warranty.
• The warranty is void if the product is used outside the specified voltage ranges, has loose connections, improper wiring, short circuits, lightning strikes, or has been physically mishandled.
• Warranty claims will be processed from the principal if the product is not in stock, with an expected duration of 15–20 days.
• Warranty will be provided by the Parent Company following the company’s warranty policies.
• One-year service warranty on the project.
• Solar Panels: 10-year replacement warranty and 25-year performance warranty.
• Inverters: 10-year replacement warranty for grid inverters.

Installation duration varies according to the scope of work, and charges will be confirmed after a site visit.

Commissioning will be carried out by FAA Solar Solutions, adhering to international installation and quality standards.

In case of order cancellation by the buyer, FAA Solar Solutions reserves the right to charge a 15% stocking fee of the product’s selling price.

This offer is subject to the standard force majeure clause.

The price does not include transportation, loading, or unloading charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Civil work is not included in our services.

Load extension and name change responsibilities lie with the client.
